VIP Treatment

At our office, your comfort level is of critical importance to us! Our highly trained team takes great pride in continually searching for new ways to enhance your experience.

Our office offers you dental treatment in a spa-like environment: fresh cut flowers, running water fountains and aromatherapy all to help you relax and enjoy your visit to our office. Following is a list of some of the ways we hope to make your visit more enjoyable.

Refreshments

Our office has a reception/refreshment room that features a complete beverage bar for your enjoyment. Many of our guests arrive a few minutes early just so they can sit and relax, unwind with a refreshing drink and read the local newspapers. You are welcome to help yourself to the following selections:
• Assorted Juices – Iced Tea
• Spring Water- Hot Spiced Apple Cider
• Flavored Cafe Lattes – Flavored Gourmet Hot Chocolates
• Hot Teas- Regular, Herbal & Assorted Flavors
• Freshly Brewed Coffees – An assortment of many flavors, regular or decaf

Media & Music Selections

We offer our guests personal CD players to use with headphones during their appointments.

Rock, Country, Classical or Jazz are available for your listening pleasure or bring our own favorite CD! In addition, we have digital non-stop commercial free Satellite radio for your listening pleasure.

Dr. Murali is continually adding to our office collection, so be sure to mention your favorites CD and look for them at your next visit!

Warmth & Comfort

We want our guests to be warm and comfortable during their visits, so we have provided a few “extras” to help make your experience “exceptional”!

Back Massage Pads – Our hygiene treatment rooms are equipped with high quality chair back massagers for your relaxing needs. Each pad massager also features heat to help soothe your muscles and relax our guests. Don’t be surprised if you fall asleep during your appointment.

Chenille Blankets – Whether due to the air conditioning or the chilly weather, blankets are always available.

Scented/Unscented Hot Washcloths – Every guest is treated to a scented or unscented hot washcloth following all their treatment. What a delightful way to freshen up!

Complimentary hand paraffin treatments are extended to all guests.

Other Amenities – Ladies, our guest restroom is stocked with an assortment of body/hand lotions, perfumes, body sprays and individually packaged sample lipsticks. Gents, we have stocked the guest restroom with eyeglass lens clothes, shoe shiners and cologne samples. All are welcome to help themselves.

IN OFFICE DENTAL MEMBERSHIP CLUB

Here at Branchburg Dental, it is our mission to deliver quality dental care to all of our patients, regardless of their insurance status. As dental health professionals, we are aware of the financial burden that proper dental care can place on a family.
We believe it is our responsibility to the community we serve to offer an affordable dental discount plan.

THE PLANS INCLUDES:

  • Two dental cleanings in a twelve-month period*
  • Two dental exams in a twelve-month period*
  • One emergency exam in a twelve-month period*
  • Annual Oral Cancer Screening
  • All necessary intraoral photographs*
  • All necessary periodontal measurements*
  • All necessary xrays- checkup and emergency appts*
  • One fluoride treatment (adult, 18+)*
  • Two fluoride treatments (child 17 and under)*
  • 15% savings on treatment (some exclusions apply)*

ADVANTAGES OF MEMBERSHIP:

  • No annual deductible
    • No annual maximums
    • No preauthorizations required
    • No waiting period or eligibility period for treatment
    • No missing tooth clause restrictions or exclusions for tooth replacement

TERMS AND LIMITATIONS OF PLAN:

  • This is an In-Office Patient Membership Club, not dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other dental insurance or savings plan.
  • This membership is only accepted at Branchburg Dental located at 1069 Route 202 North, Branchburg, NJ.
  • This membership is non-transferrable. Family members cannot be substituted in for another family member.
  • This membership is non-refundable. No refunds will be given if a patient chooses not to take advantage of the benefits.
  • Rates are subjected to change annually.
  • Payments for restorative services are due in full at the time of services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
  • Branchburg Dental LLC reserves the right to refuse treatment and/or terminate a patient’s participation in the membership with thirty days written notice if a patient’s account becomes delinquent or a patient is non-compliant.
  • This membership may be modified, amended, or canceled at any time with a written notice thirty days prior to cancellation. 
  • Membership participants are responsible for scheduling their periodic treatments. Services not utilized by the end of year membership period are not carried over to the following year.
